Please note when registering:

Group registrations: Every member of the group must complete and submit the online registration form

Accompanying persons (spouses and/or children of conference delegates): Every individual must complete and submit an online registration form.

Delegates from African Countries may apply before 31 July 2005 for a bursary to attend the conference.
